Support a Community Stabilization Ordinance

Please add your name in support of the Community Stabilization Ordinance here. We acknowledge the current threat of the looming eviction crisis and needed stabilization for our community. Renters who have lost work and are unable to pay rent are at high risk of eviction and other destabilizing factors to their livelihood. Contact your city council member and let them know you are in favor of a community stabilization initiative that would: cap yearly rent increases at 2%, create a community stabilization board to process potential evictions, and provide a path of enforcement of unjust housing practices.
