    Dear CLUE-SB members,

    This is an urgent action alert regarding Sable Offshore Corp. and an upcoming closed-session meeting of the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors on Monday, January 5. We are asking community members to contact key Supervisors to urge them to enforce their recent denial of Sable’s application and protect our coast and environment. For more information and suggested actions, please read the details below.

    Chair Capps has called a closed session to discuss Sable on Monday, Jan. 5, at 9:00 a.m. (See agenda at https://santabarbara.legistar.com

    Please call and email Supervisors Capps, Lee, and Lavagnino to ask them to enforce their denial of Sable’s application to operate the Santa Ynez Unit facilities. Please also share this alert with your members and supporters.
